Skyhawk Sports
This exciting 6-week Multi-Sport program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of Flag Football and Track and Field. Participants will learn the rules and essential skills of each sport in a fun and supportive environment.
Our curriculum emphasizes:
- Flag Football: Passing, catching, and defensive positioning
- Track and Field: skill development, physical fitness, and sportsmanship
Beyond physical development, athletes will gain life skills such as sportsmanship, inclusion, and teamwork.
